I am not going to vote but I will say this
I think ITV 1 does need a new look but i think it will be a shame for ITV News as there whole look revolves around the 4 squares I will miss the ITV News titles if they do get a new look as I think the titles are quite good.
But ITV News can change with the look having the Green Screen so they can just change the background.
Overall i would like ITV to get a new look.

Now that you've learnt that, let's try re-writing that phrase:
"Do you think ITV 1 should have a new logo and get rid of the blocks? They need new idents. There so repettive."
There's still two spelling mistakes, but the puntuation makes it read much better and doesn't make other readers feel dizzy.

Aren't ITV1 having a complete rebrand later this year anyway? Hence all the mocks going on.

Last I checked they were supposed to be getting a new look sometime during the Autumn, it's another one of these people who are trying to make their mark on the channel, like Jim Hytner with the whole celebrity look on the channel.
ISTR BBC Broadcast have been comissioned to create the new look, so expect something diffferent, as Bruce Dunlop and Associates have created the past looks from 2002 onwards. They should have appointed Martin Lambie Nairn, their Carlton idents were fantastic IMO.

BBC Broadcast did Big Brother 5 so i think they're quite good at graphics.And BBC Broadcast are similar to Lambie-Nairn so i think it might be more exciting than now.

It would be hard not to be more exciting than now. Unless BBC Broadcast plan to create a static slide with "ITV 1" written on it...
