Don't worry - I intend to keep posting as much as I do now. It's just the moderating bit I've decided to give up. As I said earlier, I still love the discussions which go on at TV Forum and very much want to remain a part of them.

Good luck Rob... I remember my few days as a moderator in the long and distant past so you deserve a medal for doing it for so long! Does anyone else remember the few days we spent in purple because TV Forum broke!? Must have been, what, 2001?!

For some reason I can't remember, this site stopped working so Asa moved the database (members et al) over to one of my sites which I loaned TVF for a few days. I never actually did anything but because it was on my site, I was technically able to do the fancy moderator stuff.

It seems to long ago.

Probably because it is. Scarily.

Thanks for all the hardwork you've put in Rob. At least you aren't leaving completely as it would be a shame to see our longer serving members stepping down from the forum. Also a big thank you to all the rest of the moderating team - I'm sure lots of time and effort goes into managing the place.

Now for the ten page speculation of the new mod only for several further threads when we find out who it actually is and aren't happy with the decision!

Just out of curiousity who's still moderating other than Asa and Charlie? Ison never appears anymore and we all know MrTomServo left just to carry on with his life.

Thank you Rob for the hard work and moderating and (Asa and Charlie aswell), it must take a lot of work and sometimes members don't realise this. Even though I haven't been here that long; it's good to see your still part of the community, all the best!
