Alison doesn't seem to be operating astons or actual reports - just the sidebar graphics and silent pictures she speaks over. I have noticed that she seems to be jumbling her words up (maybe she is operating the autocue as well as doing everything else!!)

I like the way ITN Radio were talking about how they have broke the news for over 40 years, with no explanation of why they weren't at the time!

I dont think shes operating anymore it seems more organised now.

I can answer the autocue question. Yes!

AIUI ITN News channel always use foot-pedal autocue for all presenters. You can see the pedal in the opening wide shot.

(This is quite common in ITV and BBC regional operations)

On the subject of ITN does Tv home have an ITN insider?? Because we have several Beeb insiders and sky news insiders.

ITN Radio? What's that then, and how can I get it?

ITN Radio is on Sky DSat channel 878.

It is also carried on some DAB (Digital Terrestrial Radio) multiplexes I believe.

I think ITN Radio quite often carries the sound of the TV ITN News Channel - though not all day. (The weather used to be very funny - the people doing the ITN News channel weather kept saying 'As you can see from the satellite picture...' when radio listeners couldn't see a thing...)
