The ITN News Channel ReLaunch

Details are coming into me that the ITN News Channel is to have a face lift, I use the term face lift as calling it a re launch wouldn't be correct.

First let me refresh you memory:

Interesting to hear. But hardly surprising considering their viewing figures and the fact that they seem to change the graphics every other month! The launch graphics were the best, but now they're crap!

The ticker would be suited to the channel, but when you remember that there are things like Sky News Active you have to wonder what the point of the ITN NC is.
Sky and ITN would do well (as has been suggested by various people in the industry) to merge.

Originally ITN and Sky were in talks to operate Sky News together. Although in a way it's a good job that never happened.

Only time will tell . . .

That's a very good point c@t! You know it really is embarassing to watch, even their 15 minutes news wheel is poor, it's called the ITN News Channel but you get about 4 minutes of news, 8 of sport, 2 of weather and 1 of business.

They should give it up, ha who knows they might have no choice in the matter very soon!
