Because SKY have put up an annoying Press Red DOG, NTL get to watch News 24 with the top right corner clean:D
And on digital terrestrial as well... although we now get a banner across the bottom of the screen for the first few seconds telling us to press red to get the latest news from BBC Text.

The ITN News Channel should go as it can't be making any money, I've never heard about anyone watching it. It's one of the last news channels in the SKY EPG anyway. SKY NEWS is still by far the best and alwats will be, BBC NEWS 24 isn't that bad as some people say, some I even have a look at EuroNews!
How much do they get from showing it in the early mornings etc. on channels such as Channel 5?

ITN is an excellent little channel, I certainly prefer it to Crap 24 and even to Sky News. Their recent move from 15 to 30 minute bulletins has improved the channel considerably, and I would rather watch Leyla Daybelge or Rachel McTavish any day over the dull N24 presenters.
And none of you seem to have spotted the link in the very top right corner of the ITN website which leads to the rather extensive section about the ITN News Channel. It has a picture of John Suchet on it, and you can also find it by clicking on 'channels'. Fools.

I hope they don't get rid of ITN News Channel, I sometimes watch it when I can be bothered and I find it alright.
