What is RTÉ ONE’s schedule usually like?

Do you mean what U.K. station it resembles most? I don’t think there really is one, to be honest. BBC One perhaps, particularly before it moved its news from nine to ten, but even then there would be significant variations as RTÉ One wouldn’t carry any kids programmes and sport would normally only feature if there’s a clash.

Virgin Media One very closely resembles ITV because its main supplier of programmes is ITV. RTÉ doesn’t have that sort of relationship with any particular international supplier and imports come from a variety of sources but of course RTÉ One has traditionally focused on home produced programmes in early evening and prime time.

Location idents with the tagline “ we are ONE” was a idea I had. I’m i the only one who thinks their idents are identical to ITV1’s 2006 emotions idents.

My idea is a people/location theme with the slogan "ONE for all"

My alternative slogan is "Together as ONE"

That’s not bad. that’s actually not half bad. are we keeping the 2014 Logo with a new animation?. this is a great idea

I know the station colour is blue. but we can always change it

Well, both the current RTÉ One idents and early 2006 ITV1 idents were made by Red Bee.

It was an ITV drama starring Martin Freeman

That may well be the description of the Tonight Show in the Sky EPG, but Ivan Yates retired fairly publicly from all his broadcasting roles a few weeks back.
