As most people here don't understand Swedish, I think I have to explain the lyrics of the song played over the clock. Its a song by "Mora Träsk" who recorded rock songs for children during the 1970s. They start by singing "are your ears hanging", and then go on to sing "is your nose hanging", "are your cheeks hanging", "are your breasts hanging" and finally "is your penis hanging". Some would say that isn't the most appropriate you could play during children's television in the morning

I thought I recognised the tune. We have similar lyrics in the English version.

Here's a rare 10-minute clip of RTL's French service from either 1976 or 1977, showing the presentation (promos, idents, commercials, continuity announcer, etc.) used at the time on one of Continental Europe's first purely commercial TV services:

For some reason I really loved these Antena 3 idents when I was in Spain back in 2004. Looking back at them now they look pretty cheap. It's probably just the great little jingle they all have!

This classic closing animation from Antenne 2 (now known as France 2) is one of the most artistic -- and quintessentially French -- pieces of television presentation ever created:

I'm still a big fan of France 2's presentation. For those who don't know already, the idents feature a sort of quick and simple optical illusion with a nice little soundtrack.
There are many France 2 idents here.
This is a "here's what's on tonight" from France 2. Love the backing track.
And here's a classy cross-channel promotion for France Télévisions.

Happy to see that they kept that theme when they switched to 16:9 a few months ago. Here are a few Youtube videos with the new graphics:
