I Love Manchester is back for a second series, presented by Steph Elmore. See how Manchester's people, architecture and award winning tourist attractions have inspired the U.K and the world. Discover Manchester's Roman history in castlefield to the town where 19th century novelist Elizabeth Gaskell lived, Knutsford, to the areas of industrial Oldham and Tameside to St Annes Square and Albert Square, Bury, chinatown/the village, Altrincham and Dunham Massey . Steph explores Manchester's prominent landmarks, iconic buildings, history, hidden jems and quizzical facts.

A new show beigins every wedensday with repeats throughout the week. Channel m on Sky 203 NTL 878

Oh right! I know he is working for BBC Manchester now. Has he recovered from his recent trip to hospital-- I haven't seen anything else on that? Shocked

I think he's floating about, he presents The Politics Show North West now, as well as a couple of weekend stints on BBC Radio Manchester, and if you get the chance to listen to his Saturday one, it's rather interesting. I didn't know he was even in Hospital, hope he has a speedy recovery, explains why The New Friday isn't on Channel M tonight.

It was reported in the Daily Express last Saturday that he was rushed into hospital with suspected kidney problems; I haven't seen anything else, so hopefully no news is good news here.

Does he still do that gig on that commercial show Xfm Radio these days? I don't where he finds all the time, what with his record label and business interests Laughing
