Oh, videos this time! Very nice if I do say so myself though very surprised to find it still standing looking like the decaying ruins of civilisation after a great disaster.
From comparing the shots with the previous sets (and the descriptions), looks like Central might have returned to the building to sweep anything up that they needed, or might have wanted to keep. You probably know what I mean.
Those look like standard 1/4" sound carts - used for jingles, short announcement, spot sound effects after "gramophone" records (where the standard TV term "grams" dates from) before MiniDisc/CD spot FX players and the current standard PC based systems like SpotOn and InstantReplay were widespread.
1/4" carts could be engineered to loop - which could be useful.
The Tymp Loop I suspect is a Timpani loop used as a bed during Bullseye, and one of them has "Crowd FX" scribbled on it which is likely to be a crowd effect for use on mute football or as a spot effect during a show?
Suspect those are absolutely for real.

so no put the writing on them self?
That Group has done something like that before, With other things and it turned out to be made up by them
I do not believe for a second ITV left that, after other discussion ITV were back there two weeks ago raiding the place.
I remember as a kid being fascinated whenever I was in Birmingham, and seeing the studios with the big cake logo on them. It was really novel to see something that wasn't Carlton or LWT.
Seems a shame that they're going, but being derelict for over a decade there doesn't seem much point in keeping it. Nice pictures though, love the touches like the old Tango can and the 'Daily Sport' from 1997 that had just been left there.

Why would anybody bother making that up? Why would they carry a whole selection of differents pens with them just in case?
28 Days Later are fairly resolute with the "leave only footprints and take only pictures' philosophy - do you care to quote a care where any poster there has made anything up?
