Also, cutting out the caffeine - no tea, coffee. Not even allowed milk.
She can stuff her diet then - nobody takes chocolate from this Kitty's diet!
My sentiments (almost) entirely. My vice is caffeine, not chocolate. I'm not fully awake in the morning until I've had a cup
of coffee! Nor could I go through a working day without at least one 500ml bottle (or at least one 330ml can) of Pepsi Max!

I can't help feeling that strict diets which say that you MUST NOT consume anything vaguely bad for you are doomed to failure in the end because everyone gives in to the things they like most.
I recently lost half a stone by exercising more and reducing (but not cutting out) the amount of chocolate and naughty stuff I eat. So I've managed to lose weight without ending up miserable. (Well no more miserable than normal!)

Clearly you haven't seen the advert which states that walking a mile burns the same amount of calories (?) as running a mile etc. Or a brisk 30 minute walk is the same as a 30 minute run etc.
It's the distance you travel that counts not how fast you do it. So going around the block I'd imagine is the same distance no matter how fast your going

Wibble wobble.

Well that's not quite true, as you increase your metabolic rate when your heart rate is increased and sustained for a period of time. Any exercise is good though, so well done Lee.
Jay, you may be pleased to know you were the talking point at work today. Mind you, most of my colleagues agree that we would rather die than have someone from telly look at our poos, but none of us could argue with the positive results you have had.
