Filming finished around 2 - 3 weeks ago. The weight loss has slowed down (as it does in any diet or eating plan), but it's all about maintaining the weight and toning the muscle now.


You do realise as you build up muscle your body weight will increase. Would it not be better to set yourself a target weight to aim to then build muscle.

Oh and this bit, I used to speak to you and didn't realise you were so tall and, politely putting it, big built. My god I do you tho. rofl.
