But anyway, well done Jay, takes alot of guts (no pun intended) going on TV, and especially having loads of dodgy green goop being poured on your face.

I was going to make a wisecrack earlier involving a pet name for a cat and Jay finding a girlfriend - but I managed to resist.

i think jay's mom vacuums from time to time, so lying on the floor in his house probably doesn't require the vaccinations, face mask or iron will needed for someone to consider lying on your filthy shag.

I would also like to know, why did you show the great british public your big belly. You've got a lot of guts.

EDIT: When I say guts I don't mean the guts inside you, I mean that you have guts to show the people that.

So how long ago was this then? How much more weight have you lost now?

Filming finished around 2 - 3 weeks ago. The weight loss has slowed down (as it does in any diet or eating plan), but it's all about maintaining the weight and toning the muscle now.

Surely it's not so much about weight - you weren't too bad weight-wise at the start of the programme, it's more about eating healthily.
