Yep. I am going to be on You Are What You Eat . Mainly because I used to eat rubbish, in true TV Forum stylee.

Not sure when the episode will be on, but be rest assured I'll update you all with the latest details as soon as I know!

Filming doesn't finish until the end of this month, so it will prob be early Feb before it's aired.

I've lost just over 2 stone in 7 weeks. Can't be bad, eh!?

Tonights episode is about a woman who was on GMTV this morning. I have to say that i am a fan of Gillian Mekeith, who has a PhD in physcology or something.

Some people may think Gillian is off her trolley, but beleive me - her techniques work. She knows what she is talking about. And in real life she is nowhere near as harsh as she is on TV.
