I think the Live DOG and the tiles have been remastered for this years series. They look super crisp on ITV HD.

They look like they’ve got new stings after the clips as well. No more spider in the web!

They look to be CGI to me.

They’ve got new transitions, in between the action. Also, I thought they would update the titles by now. Like the Australian version.

Those are the new stings we referenced. And I don't see the titles being updated any time soon. These are the titles the British public have known and loved for many years now, and are synonymous with the brand.

Do we know if ITV receive incentives to return to Queensland every year?

I know the Aussie states quite often contribute to Aussie shows to attract them to their state, so wondering if they do that with foreign filming too and that is why ITV stay there rather than take the opportunity to freshen things up by switching to another of their bases (i.e. Africa, and previously Costa Rica).

There was a different font used above Reem in the credits just now. Not sure if it’s the one from 2006.

Indeed, I can’t see the titles ever being changed, as this version is now iconic.


The credits are always in the wrong font on I’m a Celeb
