I presume that ITV sent the Love Island Australia fire pit to the Jungle?

It just looked like a large metal container full of rocks. I expect the actual fire pit is now in storage in Fiji.

It's just a set, like all the trials are. The Love Island Australia firepit is somewhere in Fiji.

Of course, I just remembered that LI AU isn’t filmed down under Laughing

I'd class it as down under. But quite a distance away.

I think the Live DOG and the tiles have been remastered for this years series. They look super crisp on ITV HD.
The LIVE DOG and text underneath is juddering/choppy or is it my new glasses that are making everything super sharp?

The 'Live' bug also seems a lot biggeer this year, unless I'm going mad!

Viewers obviously weren't sure last year if it was live or not.

So with the campmates now being ‘cursed’ and doing trails for food, I’m guessing this instead of the usual immunity challenges that usually pop up at around this time, following what a disaster they were last year?

I have forgotten, how were they a disaster last year?

By eliminating the biggest star first? (Noel Edmonds)

By ending up saving most of the weakest characters, leaving the big names up for the vote, and hence Noel Edmonds being evicted.

He may have stayed in at least another 2 days without it

I had totally forgotten about Noel being voted out first. Just shows how bad my memory is.

Extra Camp are doing a thing where if you contact them, you might be included in a list of super fans in the credits at the end

It’d be a nice touch, but if it’s anything like tonight, ITV2 did their credit squeeze just as that page of the credits appeared, and as you will know if you are familiar with ITV2, their credit squeeze obscures an entire page of credits whilst the animation happens. Rolling Eyes
