Their role on Britian's Got Talent is so straight forward and generic it doesn't actually even need the 2 of them so it was a given Dec going solo wouldn't be a problem for that show. On Saturday Night Takeaway he had Mulhern, Scarlett and the guest announcer to back him up. I'm A Celeb however has aways been just them. More then anything else they do IAC is the best showcase for Ant & Dec as a double act.

I’m sure every female with a pulse will be linked to IAC between now and November, just like last year when loads were “confirmed” as hosting with Dec.

One thing is, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more banter and interaction between the crew and Dec with links like:
"So, [celebrity] likes pineapples. Dave? You like pineapples too don't you? - *cameraman walks in with a pineapple on his head*" etc

They might even employ some more backstage actors to support him - certainly now Kiosk Keith has been sacked.

You know what he meant though, use the crew to be the punchlines for the gags.

I’m also sure there will be a new Kiosk owner. You only need someone to stand there and look miserable and never crack a smile.
