The intro of this is quite clearly lifted and landed at the start of the theme tune - presumably with permission from Boom Crash Opera to Grant Buckerfield (who is the named composer of the IACGMOOH theme tune)
Given they are an Australian band, and Grant is Australian - I'm guessing a strong friendly connection between the two, hence why ITV haven't had to change the theme due to lawyers getting involved on copyright grounds.
