Bit off topic but Extra Camp is painful.
Everything just seems so shoddy and cobbled together and all of the presenters seem as though they've never presented live television before.
I know there's many who'll enjoy it but in my opinion, it's absolutely dire.

Amazing how in 16 years they've never really found a capable team for it. The idea that Scarlett Moffatt is capable of fronting such a show is a sad indictment on TV. Of the three only Joel seems close to natural.

Amazed really Stephen Mulhern has been kept completely away from it. Clashes with panto season I guess.

I don’t understand the stick Scarlet gets. She’s warm, likeable and would appeal to ITV 2’s target audience. What she may lack in presenting ability she makes up for in charisma. It’s likely if they replaced her the replacement would either annoy people in equal measure or people would be complaining they were bland.

Can’t see that pairing returning to be honest.

I agree with comments about the itv2 show. I have enjoyed watching the spin off show periodically during the series run, but it lacks a proper presenter. The best era was Laura Whitmore with Joe Swash and Rob Beckett, Laura was capable enough to keep the show running and doing a few bits of light chatter that wasn’t chaotic but you had the comedian in Rob to make fun of everything and then Joe to be the former camp mate/ bit of clown as such but Laura still kept the show moving. Caroline Flack with Joe and Russell Kane was a decent era too. But since they renamed the show, and Joe was paired with Chris Ramsey, Vicky Pattison, Stacey Solomon and then now Joel and Scarlett it’s gone down hill.

I agree that Laura, Joe and Rob was the best line up since it changed to the current format.

Neither Scarlett or Joel are good enough to hold the programme together, they aren’t bad on the show, just that it needs an actual experienced TV presenter as well.

Well, no...obviously. But Brekkie said they never found a capable team.
I remember enjoying the programme the most with MDS and TPT at the helm.

Why did there stop using those two? I remember S4? MDS was in London and TPT was in oz.

Two? The spider was always the strongest of the trio.

I'm not sure what he's doing TV wise these days (without Google/Bing) but sadly she passed away not very long ago.

He’s doing Rugby on Channel 5 each week. She’s going to be in Celebrity Most Haunted this Christmas.

I don't see what the big deal with having the crocodiles, snakes and eels in the tank? It's not like they are going to harm them at all. They just swim around them. It's a bit pointless really. I know it sounds dangerous having them swimming around you, but when they are harmless it's all too over dramatic.

But it’s because it’s something that would be scary to most people. We know any challenge we see in a programme like this should be completely safe these days but it’s about the fear factor.
