Also another small presentation change is that the voting number for contestants are not individually shown when talking about the next trial.

Notice Holly lead the intro, both on the bridge and in the studio tonight.

That’s also normal now, it’s omly the vote offs where they read the numbers

I can't work out whether not having the coming up bit is quite refreshing (given most of us will be watching all the way through anyway), or a bit too much of a sudden stop.

Did like the little M&S ad tweak tonight with Holly being asked at the end "shouldn't you be in Oz?!"

No Joel on extra camp tonight and to be honest it might be better without him, all 3 of them tend to be fighting for airtime usually.

I think it's doing Holly's career the world of good to be presenting a show away from Phil. People have often said in the This Morning thread on the rare occassions she presents with someone else she really does shine, and she has stepped in seemlessly.

I think the trouble with having no coming up bits is they're not really ending each part on a mini-cliff hanger - it is basically crashing out.

This Morning with Holly and Phil has never felt like an equal partnership, she's essentially the sidekick to Phil.

Not sure I agree with that.

I just wonder if the partnership between Dec and Holly dosent work, if the producers put her into the jungle as well.

I suspect she'd be sacking her agent shortly after that. Holly's career doesn't need that kind of boost...

It seems to be working well enough so far anyway.
