I seem to recall in a previous thread it was speculated that he would be unlikely to return to I'm a Celeb this year, especially as last year was his return after his inital rehab stint. I dare say Ant might return to BGT next year, as with the auditions being pre-recorded and only one week of live shows it would be a relatively gentle return.
Yes, and with no mention of BGT it is a decision that can be made at the end of the year.
Leaves a big hole in the schedules next Spring though, especially as I think only BGT now rates better on Saturday nights for them. TBH though probably do SNT good to have a year off.

Worth remembering Takeaway is only on 7 weeks and airs alongside The Voice, so any replacement Show is hardly going to be a talent/reality format or any singing format.
They’ll just continue with the same sort of scheduling as they use in the winter with the likes of Take Me Out, Jonathan Ross, Through the Keyhole etc airing with The Voice.
