How so? It's not that different from The X Factor live shows in that you vote for your favourite, the bottom two then fight for the right to stay. The public were told how their votes would be used before lines opened, so I doubt this is a scandal.

What is a scandal is how David and Timmy have managed to get votes! I doubt the public are keeping David in for the same reasons he thinks he's being kept in.
