Is the bit where they tell them which celebrity is leaving the camp and then the bit on the bridge delayed/pre-recorded? Seems very quick when they show them saying "you're leaving the camp" and then the next second they are walking across the bridge to the studio.

Ant and Dec throw to a break just before they head into camp. During the 3 or 4 minute ad break they pre record them walking into camp and telling the celebrities who is going home.
It returns back to live when the they are back in the studio and the celebrity leaving is walking along the bridges.

ITV2 went haywire just then, and fired off an ad break in the middle of a discussion on IAC Now!. A few mins later the ad break happened properly and was like déja vu.
