And Carol Thatcher vomitted over everything it seems on her terrifying jump from the plane. Also, Elaine Lordan allegedly fainted after falling from a tightrope, and Jimmy Osmond managed to burn himself on the camp fire. Sounds like a death camp.

Regarding the idents, I like them. It's effective, just the ITV1 logo and the bug dancing around. I like the white background, actually. Makes a refreshing change from the norm.

Well I got three words for it.. Axe It, It's a crap show, plus it's garbage..

I wish ITV and all of the other channels would do away with this Reality Tv and this type of show..

I'm fed up with wimpy celebs! You can tell they only do it purely for money and its pathetic.

You dont axe shows that bring you your highest ratings, It doesnt realy make business sense.

On the voting, they are calling the celebs by their last name which will confuse a few no doubt.

Seems to be all about getting the "Vote for Thatcher" jokes! Very strange!

It's still very watchable, but I gave up on last years show as the Bush Tucker Trials became re-hashes of previous versions - and tonight's Highway to Hell looks very similar to one they did last year. The success IMO will be on the originality of the trials, regardless of who is in it!


Another thing - anyone notice the sponsor bumpers. Instead of 5 sec bumpers before and after the ads they just had 10 sec bumpers before the ads, going straight into the programme after the ads.

I notice live streaming on ITV2 eats into GMTV2 airtime.

Do ITV have to compensate GMTV2 in a similar way they do for GMTV for their airtime ?

Last year the live streaming ran throughout GMTV hours, this year it stops between 7am and 8.35am so I'd expect it's been done with GMTV's agreement

Another thing re: presentation.

On the ITV2 break bumpers they have the ITV2 logo in the bottom right corner.

It looks really good there, and I'm sure an opaque version of it similar in size would make a far less intrusive DOG than the current offering.

Worst kept secret: Cannon and Ball have arrived in the I'm a Celebrity camp!


Other things - I've not seen much of the series at all so far, but have they axed showing the Celebrity Chest challenges - the other night they showed "Tricia" and someone just bringing it back, but in the papers there was a challenge they did to get it.


Also, is Jungle Drums just a rip-off of Big Brother's Big Mouth / E-Fourum?
