Intresting that the Production endcard for I'm A Celeb was "ITV Studios Global Entertainment" instead of the usual ITV Studios - First time we've seen that on a show in the UK I think.

Was back to just "[itv] studios" last night.

Yeah forgot to post than on here - strange!

I believe most of the production crew is made up of the former Granada Productions Australia, which is now of course ITV Studios Global.

Gillian McKeith gets to tell a whole new load of idiots about her "medical" knowledge - great!

Quite - hope Ben Goldacre enjoys "Dr" Gillian McKeith's Bush Tucker trials. His dead cat has the same PhD (obtained online) that she does...

Bahahaha. I think I remember that story. I'm going to see him do Nine Lessons and Carols with Robin Ince in December. Should be awesome!

Does anyone else get the fear that Gillian will be voted to do the live bushtucker trial. She will then refuse to do anything and then provide very poor live TV?

I expect they might fear the same and have some backup VT's.

This situation seems to happen every year, the same person picked over and over.

It's a fundamental flaw in the format, and I'm surprised the producers haven't corrected it before now, ie. make it so that you can't be picked for consecutive trials.

Yeah but whilst they will loose a little bit of Phone line revene ( for refunding Gillian's) it's perfect for tonight as it will no doubt quite a bit of press/newspaper coverage !

Don't you find it makes for dull TV ? She's not in the least bit entertaining.

Are they going to refund last nights then when she refused ? No mention of that.

They set all that up, and should have sent the 2nd person in for that one.

No I do agree with you.

I was just saying it's good for ITV. I.e more publicity!

I didn't think about last nights trial - you'd think they would refund that ( as she didn't actually do it, as you say ) especially as their extra cautious over the phone votes now.
