They are quite impressive. I suppose the other idea would be to change the background to something that doesn't mean much at all (though I suppose in that case you could leave them the same!) and then have things appearing onto the logo.

Granted though that's all that they've done since 2003, they added the sparkles and then the snowflakes around the logo on the celeb idents, and for the past two year, all they've done is christmas up the logo, though of course the whole ident was the logo.

I think for Christmas I'd like to see a Christmas village or santa's workshop, etc. with fairies, elves, and other Christmas characters putting glitter, hanging lights and decorating up the logo, which could finish with them turning on the lights to reveal the word Christmas also glittering away in between the ITV1 and end shape.

It would be interesting if they could do something like this, but leave have different angles, with the logo in the same place, so effectively you'd be looking at the logo from the side and above, etc.

And then of course you would have you're branding for the trailers, etc. with the Christmas characters, that they could then roll out across the other channels, by wrapping them around and glittering up the logos.


I have a strange feeling that this year its going to be along the lines of random footage of a fat 12 year old rolling down a snowy hill, little girl putting star on christmas tree, 'Dad' character with xmas cracker hat on head asleep etc etc. Rolling Eyes

I think my favourite I'm a celeb pres is last years with the insects to the tune of I will survive.

I suppose they're going for nice and subtle this year with their new ITV brand rather than a character.

The show looks to have had a major update with a new spin off and revamped spin off.

Theres rumours to be two tribes, a sphere for the head of the camp etc. Possibly a new set of titles to match the slightly modified logo (http://www.itv-celebrity.com/)

The ITV2 show has completely revamped too, only Kelly Osbourne is in the jungle instead of those other two, and theres now a London Studio with Brendan Burns. This part of the show speaks to friends and family back in the UK. Maybe the ITV2 show has merged with that ITV2 panel show?

Also, we have a new teatime show taking on half of Sharon Osbournes slot (5:30-6:00) called I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here! Exclusive

Maybe ITV have finally realised that the show has started getting stale so have done something about it! It sounds good to me Very Happy

I'd hardly call anything in the Daily Star an "article".

Yes, it is definitely November 13th. Expect promos to start airing from tomorrow evening, during Coronation Street most likely. Very Happy

I read it from a website. Of course I have to stress that I don't read the Daily Star.

In a way I'd be pleased if there was no live streaming - it irritates me because all the action is focused on one shot for ages - i.e. the campfire and someone poking it.
