I do. The last word in the title of this thread is spelt incorrectly.

Makes a nice change from 'idents' Smile

EDIT.... it says i-n-d-e-n-t-s when I type it but TVF seems to autocorrect

C'mon, it's 623058. Who would he be without his alternative spelling?

Correct spelling and grammar is presentation in its most basic form Cool

I still find it odd that the KFC advert with the people singing with their mouths full was banned. It was actually rather funny. People can get easily offended over the silliest things sometimes!

Writing "there" instead if "they" :p

It's a really good advert. A story about how a young boy wants to know more about his dad through his mother.

I can see why people complained, though, as the large 'M' at the end of the advert kind of makes you feel conned. McDonald's is fast food with, not always, the best service. This advert probably doesn't reflect what most of us feel about McDonald's and it's therefore in poor taste.

It wasn't, it was just loudly and widely complained about.

Agree with this assessment.

It's not "offensive" just tacky. It's fine to explore grief, we all go through it after all, but in poor taste to exploit it to sell fast food.

Just like the Pepsi ad it gets the brand way more publicity.

But contrary to popular belief there IS such a thing as bad publicity. It's why PR exists!

Yeah, why can't the world be more like TV Forum where people don't completely lose their minds over the silliest things. You'd never find anyone over-reacting and baying for blood in the new BBC One idents thread.
