The Hong Kong Phooey clue isn't really a clue...
What I was meaning was his catchphrase in the opening music
'Could Be!'
is what I'd say if someone said 'Is it Peter Dobbie?', 'Is it Gavin Esler?'...
I'm not saying who it is, sorry guys! This post was only meant to highlight the fact that Presenters read this forum too!
Yeah, it just has to be Ian White! Ian, if you're reading... can't you get someone else to do voiceovers when you don't play them in off tape?! Everyone knows it's you who does them; us viewers need a bit of mystery! Maybe you could get Colin Philpott or Kate Watkins to do them?!
Someone else who is Mr Voiceover of a channel & also reads the News is Adrian Finighan on BBC World.
It sounds so funny when he introduces the programme which he is about to present!

I bet it sounds odd if he goes on holiday and heres himself introducing the program.

Am not sure Ian White qualifies for an occasional presenter being on every night but if it his him then hello!! Any chance of a tour round the BBC in Leeds?!
