Which Look North are we talking about? If it's Leeds then it could be Tom Ingall, Cathy Killick, Penny Bustin or one of the Saturday presenters.... give us a clue - male/female?! Main programme?
problem is most of us are to young to remember or even know about hong kong phooey. (no offence to anyone who is older cause of course you will be more wiser).

Asa, did once say that he received an email from Ian saying he liked the Look North coverage. The presenter profiles on the Look North website also says he is a bit of a TV anorak.
Certain proof, surely!
And he doesn't do Lunchtime or Evening bulletins, so surely that makes him occasional?

Yeah, it just has to be Ian White! Ian, if you're reading... can't you get someone else to do voiceovers when you don't play them in off tape?! Everyone knows it's you who does them; us viewers need a bit of mystery! Maybe you could get Colin Philpott or Kate Watkins to do them?!

i think it's matthew amroliwala (i just love that name!!) - he's the only one out of all of them (afaik - as i don't have cable/digital whatever it's called these days) who is from ethnic origins (like hong kong phooey)
