They're in pretty much every footie match on ITV1- well live odds anyway even if the comm isn't - 3 in last night's match alone.

They're not new either, there were live ads in the 80's including the early ones for Carphone Warehouse (when they actually sold carphones. Kids, ask your parents) with Mike Smith

I really like this clock! Now I hate IKEA Mad

I don't think this is live because if it was we would see more of it in the ad breaks of C4, ITV, C5 and all the other channels with ad breaks. I watched C4 last night and I never saw it! Perhaps it's just a recording cued in to play at the correct time.

Anyways, I get the feeling it was pre-recorded and set up right with the automation software at playout.

The example posted above has the second hand reaching 12 during the advert. Do other examples do the same? If so, I would agree with your feeling.
