Seeing as I have NO experience with websites at all, how long would it take to open a website? Or is that an un-answerable question?

Depends how big it is. I would have hoped the web pages themselves would be uploading now. The content should be up I reckon.

Theoretically by now it should all be uploaded, and just waiting for someone to cut the red tape as it were; that is, in this sense, replace the index.html page
