hi this will be my first forrey into this thread...
The issue here, is that the TV Home colour and curves were used in Identz, i'm sorry asa, but i see this colour is MANY sites and the curves are a gimmik lots of people use.
I find it unfair people go slagging off Jamez and the site, but i dont think Identz deserves this much attention, just leave it grow and develop...
No one last thing Jamez,
when you begin doing proffessional design work as i have, you learn not to be to precious with the work, and if you ever want a future in design of any kind, you need to learn how to take criticism, only then can you work properly.

No design changes will take place immiedietly to the site - I want to get my personal site up first.
/me wonders why Identz was removed from TV Home's links page. Is this all part of a conspiricy?
It was removed during your 'downtime' before the relaunch. Surely the conspiracy is how TV Home has never featured on Identz though?

Where is Identz? Has James taken it down due to copyright issues? One of my colleagues says that they have been contacted by the BBC over the posting of copyright protected themes. Is this true?
What's the official view? Or is it another relaunch?

Bit dramatic! The fair use clause means providing we give sufficient copyright (which broadcasters can always tell the webmaster to do more of if they feel it is not sufficient) and don't portray what we are showing in a bad light, it's okay. This, of course, doesn't mean we're complacent about copyright but I really can't see the problem with showcasing this material - not sure about content which aren't from off air recordings though.
