The tribute that was broadcast is the one provided in the link above your post - it wasn't quite 4 minutes though.

This will replace the "Special Report" programme
entitled "The Big Switch-Off?" about what government plans to change the nature of television will mean for viewers in the Westcountry - which would also have been good to see - but I suppose it'll be shown either the week after, or another time.

There's a new batch of Ian Stirling clips now available, as TV Ark's own tribute. They can be found on the TSW pages (except Main), and Westward Programmes.

I would put more up if I could locate the footage.

The Gus Honeybun clip from 1983 isn't there on the TSW page!

Fixed.

Should any other links be incorrect, check the image filename as this should match the clip file name. That would allow you to work out the direct URL and thus watch the clip.

For those not in the Westcountry region, the Sky frequency details are: 10832. - Polarisation H. - Symbol Rate 22. - FEC 5/6.

Great so far,clips of westward,tsw,westcountry and carlton idents! I didn't like the start though.And The Big Switch-Off looks good aswell.

Don't worry, it's not just Westcountry... a special programme regarding the end of 46 years of programmes from TTTV City Road and the move to 'The Watermark' recieved the usual crap with "what's on later".

Even a blank screen is more appealing.
