I have been approached regarding a TV Format

Again, this forum is proving to be a tremendous source of information for me, I thank you all.

I am currently waiting for a final format and I will be back with further q's no doubt

One question - yes or no will do - if they are spending all this time with a format, will they have a buyer for their production?
