Huw's catchphrase at the end of the Six O' Clock News, has little meaning here in Huw's homeland. Wales Today choose to let the regional presenter give us the main news headlines, which sounds a bit odd on a Welsh news programme. Is Wales the only region not to re-visit Huw just before 19.00?

I would have thought that Huw would be devastated about not returning to read the headlines in his native Wales. Maybe that's why sometimes he leaves it to Peter Sissons.

They don't return in Scotland either.

Does that mean those of you replying to this, who come from the nations don't see the crossover to Huw?
Orr! Poor Huw! It's actually quite naff actually, and as I said earlier in the year (and Alistar McGowan said) that he has to wait just under 30mins just to do headlines again, they shouldn't.
Although, having said that on Look North there voice lowers when a big stroy is on, they would be v e r y low if it was national! And the sports presenter on it is a woman [as usual] and she has a man's voice!

I think it looks better coming from the regional studio. They should do it on all the regions/nations so they can get in the local headlines aswell.

Talking about Alistair McGowan, did anyone see the last sketch of Kilroy last night? That must have been the funniest thing I've ever seen in a long time!!

The Huw/Jenny thing is getting a bit stale now!

Just to clarify the position with Tanya Arnold (the Look North sports presenter), she's on maternity leave at the moment:)

Alistair McGowan..he's brilliant...i think in the next serise they shoud do one with him and the lady (smilly, smilly carol smilly lady) about the weakest link... Alister as the voiceover and the fe-mail of carol.. that i think would be funny, but you never know!

Talking about Newsline, that is the last one we need captured for TV Home!

I think I have Reporting Scotland and Look North covered, as well as Points West, Look East and Spotlight!!

Quite a good job if I may say so myself!
