Billy, I think this has come up before (on MHP), but even so, I recommend that you notify Darren Meldrum (the M of MHP!) and take it from there.

It may or may not be copyright theft, but as Asa has put it, it is time and effort theft. (Obv. that is if no permission has been sought)
