So another region loses the dull rotating hearts branding, how long before GMG stations wake up to this ? ?

Chesh, you are the man, you get things up quick and in good quality. They sound like what I would have imagined, how about doing the same for central and westcoutry and having a spinning cake and w?

Ohh, err.. thank you!
I have perfect HTV reception so they should all be in nice quality and I will try to record every variation of the ident and upload them at the earliest possible opportunity, sadly the earliest opportunity will be 8pm Sad

I did'nt realise that the re-launch was so soon:D!

Does anyone know if continuity will be done by both regions for all programmes (as i think it is now)?  Or will they do what they have done on Central and say something like 'Now on HTV the news for our part of the region' and make HTV wales and west share?

I dbout that West and Wales will merge continuity.
It just wouldn't be the same if they didn't say, 'Good Evening Wales'.

Same pictures - different music
On the (now defunct) Long versions Only

If anyone wants to compare have a look on TV Ark.

Download any of the 4 'local' idents on the YTV Ident page
and then Download the 2000 Calendar titles from the YTV News page

and see the difference!

Funnilly enough, the short version of the ident (now the only one used) is actually from the first set of music introduced November 1999.
