How are they going to do it?

No, I think it will actually be in the newsroom. If its an open plan set, like we are all hoping.

What I mean is that the blue newsroom (which is obviously not live), is going to remain until they move out of that studio, why wouldn't it?
There will probably only a tiny change on the 28th and on the 3rd there will be the full relaunch, new desk, graphics, studio etc etc.

and different logos on the two big plasma screens, and background animations.

I doubt we will get any remixes of music yet!

I will be snapping pics of the return, can someone give me a time so i know when to start snapping.

Another thing that will be interesting to see, is where they will do slots such as sportsline and world news, when they are back in studio 2. If the soft part is being used, where is everything else going to go?????????

Kay Burley being quite coy but she has confirmed to me that there will be 'our new fabulous studio'. She wouldn't say anymore, 'Have to wait and find out!'

Anyway, I'm almost ready to burst but so far this studio has been described as 'posh' and 'fabulous', it must be pretty bloody brilliant!!!!

what time is the move taking place, will news at ten be different, the weather graphix are starting to change, the sponsership caption has changed, and the are including animated sequences like people at the beach.

I think somebody from sky should just come on and put us out of our misery!!!

Sunrise will certainly be different and I would fully expect them to have remixed versions of the music!!! They've had plenty of time to do it!
News At Ten will be different too, it will have to be so it fits in with the 30 min style.
I don't think Sky News Today will be different to the others although they may want to, i'm not sure.
I'm hoping Live at Five will be different.

I suppose a bigger question is whether they will use one studio for everything or whether they will use different studios for each programme.
Sunrise with the more relaxed atmosphere etc. Although Kay does say STUDIO, suggesting there is only one.

Any guesses at the style of the desk?? I recon there will be a bit of light wood and nice and shiny, bit of glass etc.
