The show Host The Week - an improvised show - did a C4 News segment and couldn't be bothered to change the graphics on the TV to the new logo, yet they used the 2015 intro.
That's the least of the worries for the new show, according to TV Critic Ian Hyland the show got less than 500,000 viewers last night.

Ouch!
Ouch indeed, it was beaten by a repeat of 8 Out of 10 Cats does Countdown at 10pm which got 700,000 viewers.
Just looked up the ratings on DS and here is the official figures for last nights 9pm-10pm hour:
BBC One: DIY SOS: The Big Build 3.6m
ITV: Piers Morgan Killer Woman 2.7m
BBC Two: Who Should We Let in with Ian Hislop 1.8m
ITV2: Love Island 1.28m
Channel 5: Big Brother: Live Eviction: 0.81m
BBC Four: Japan: Earth's Enchanted Islands 0.67m
Channel 4: Host the Week 0.45m
Channel 4 were even beaten by ITV2 and BBC Four

Host the Week was pretty terrible and deserves the flack its getting. I get that they're trying to cook with gas by having it unrehearsed and whatnot, but it looks more lazy than chaotic. And frankly I hope it puts the brakes on Scarlett's inexplicable exposure.

I saw the show last night, I felt that it was in the wrong day/timeslot especially compared with all the hitters. But the content doesn't help.

Yes, Friday would be the more natural slot. I didn't think it was too bad - quite refreshing to see a show with a cast of unknowns really and the sort of thing C4 should be doing. Could have done with a better name really to kick it off - the idea of Scarlett Moffatt presenting a TV show and not having a clue what she was doing is hardly unusual.

I didn't see Host the Week so I can't really comment on it, I was just commenting on the poor ratings it got however from the advert it sounded a bit like a cross between The Friday Night Project and Whose Line is it Anyway and saying Channel 4 have been reviving the likes of TFI Friday, Crystal Maze and Fifteen to One in recent years they would do much worse than bringing one or both of them back.
The revival of Whose Line has been a success in America and they have brought it back on the stage with the original cast in the UK and they could do it with a mix of regulars and up and coming comedians like they do on Mock the Week. They are struggling at present for something for Alan Carr so why not bring back the show that made him famous with other up and coming comedians and some big name guest hosts.

That is inexplicably low, even by Channel 4 standards. As Brekkie's once suggested - either a later time slot at the end of the week would suffice.
When looking at the show initially on the EPG, I wasn't expecting ratings to be remarkable. But not this bad.

Host the Week just reminds partly of that ITV series "Thank God You're Here"
