It has been confirmed by The Horror Channel's Managing Director Tony Hazell that this long awaited new channel will launch in March 2004 on Sky Digital. It has been confirmed that the channel will show old Hammer B movies, classic TV series, cult movies, documentaries and biograpahies and some of very latest horror films. The channel's airtime has also been confirmed as between 6pm until 6am everyday.
I for one am really looking forward to this channel and it could prove to be an interesting rival for the Sci-Fi channel. By the sounds of it so far, The Horror Channel actually sounds better than the Sci-Fi channel. But only time will tell.
