Just looked back at the posts and we had the season Finale on 7th June and i suppose H&A has been of air for about 3 weeks over the summer for various reasons so by my calculations u still are about 8 weeks behind.

Just checked the synopsis for RTE and it appears to be episode 3681 (shown in Oz on 23 Feb this year, and due to air on Five on 4 Oct). Five are showing episode 3656 today (Aus TX 19 Jan). So that makes the UK exactly five weeks behind the ROI.
Ep 3681 is when Kim Hyde is added to the opening titles, so if this happened today on RTE then I'm right. Otherwise I don't think I can be more than an episode or so out either way.

Noah is leaving, Josie (the identical cousin of Angela Russel!) arrives and Kit is returning, but she's not in the titles.
Kane & Kirsty have been moved together, Kim is with Robbie and Tasha, the Beth and Rhys tug of war picture now has Henry and Matilda, Hayley and Leah are together, as is Jesse, Josie and a guy who I can't remember - not got him in the UK yet.

Just adding to what James said - Max has also left the show (the same night as Noah), so he has been removed from the titles. The new guy is called Dan (Baker?) - rumour has it he is a new love interest for Leah after she and Jessie split up.
This is actually the sixth set of opening titles this year, and there will probably be another set before long as two more regulars are set to depart (
