Should be mid-August I think! I don't think five will be taking any breaks as we need to get caught back up with Australia, where by my guess we are 9 months behind.

Look forward to the new-look titles... Home & Away has some unforgettable title sequences and a great theme tune - though I reckon it could do with some female vocals on it!

OK guys, don't think it's been put here so BIG spoiler!

Arrow After the Olympics, a major new story starts for Kirsty and Kane when Kane discovers he has testicular cancer. He initially feels this is God's punishment to him for what he did to Dani. But it becomes an inspiring story of love overcoming physical adversity - and a strong message to young men to check themselves regularly. Testicular cancer is a big killer of young men if not detected early, (NOTE: This story has been done with Vinnie a few years ago, but the writers felt it was rather poorly handled at the time. They are giving it a much greater reality in terms of what Kane goes through with treatment. If you want to see what Sam Atwell looks like bald, tune in). Colleen and Sally, who have both been through cancer, will be great supports to Kane through his ordeal, when Kirsty is unable to be there for him for a very understandable reason - you'll have to wait to find out why.

Thanks for posting those caps Ministry! BTW the air date for the new title sequence is 23rd August on five - already in Oz they have had about five different variations to reflect major cast changes. I like them - they are fresh and new, compared to the now boring faces in boxes.

And thanks for the spoiler Flava - sounds like interesting stuff.

Very interesting - it truly is a show that young people can relate to, whilst (certainly over here) retaining that "escapist" element.

There's also a rumour kicking around now that...

Arrow Dani's going to die! This would make sense as she's beginning her singing career soon anyway. I don't know how it's going to happen but I'd hate to see her go, she's my favoiurite at the minute! I wonder if she'll commit suicide over all the s**t she's been put through?

Now, the trial of Dani Sutherland begins tomorrow on Five and they've put in a bit of promo for it too... as some of us already know...

Arrow Dani's off to prison. I've downloaded the four-minute ending sequence from the episode where she gets carted off and it's very emotionally powerful, and that's just on RealPlayer! An abosoloutely heart-wrenching scene from Jade at the end too who's been through enough this week... not to be missed!

A great ep last night and it's set to get even better tonight as Dani loses it under cross-examination, which of course is not going to work in her favour later !

You can see tonight's episode condensed into 60 seconds over at www.five.tv

Am I the only one who finds it wierd as hell hearing Ted May's voice over the end credits of Home & Away, when he was doing the same for Central in the 90s?!

They haven't changed one bit, it's like finding an old friend!

Is tomorrow the verdict?

I've got into Home and Away all of a sudden, for the first time since it was on Carlton!
