By my calculations we should see the season finale on 30th March 2007 on Five (the day before on Five Life) - that is assuming they dont take the show off for any breaks over Christmas.
Odd thinking that the 2004 Olympic Cliffhanger was shown at the end of March 2005. We've caught up quite quickly.

The show will take 2 weeks off for the Olympics in 2008 in Oz I assume, so we may catch up by the end of 2008 if thats the case. I wonder what five will do - they will have to take a break sometime but will they take it off for 6 weeks at Christmas like Oz do or during the Summer?

Probably a bit of both. Home and Away generally finishes in Aus late-November or early December, so I bet we'll run a few weeks behind and have the cliffhanger around Christmas.
I think they return a bit earlier now, soon after New Year - so that's where it gets tricky - they'd really have to take the block off early in the year.
