where has alek gone and why have none of the mcqueens mentioned his disappearance since his affair with carmel was discovered?

Did'nt he leave?

I thought he couldn't leave because of immigration? I think it'd be a pretty poor ending to the storyline if he's just gone, i would have really liked to see him and carmel as a proper couple.

Isn't he at Tony's?

The last i remember is Jacqui told Tony that Alek had to stay with him to stop him leaving the country. I guess he has fallen into that black hole sort of.

That was good tonight but not the best whodunnit ive seen.

Didnt expect that with Justin at the end.

That was absolutely brilliant. The ending was amazing especially Justin being hit, I didn't know about that!

Brillian E4 episode tonight, and much better using the black Hollyoaks image. I did feel a little let down when she was pushed over, but i guess its what happens afterwards that will be interesting.

As for Justin, i knew it was going to happen because i read the spoilers, but either way it still had that shock factor.

Im glad I dont read too many spoilers - its true what they say about enjoying it more when you dont know everything thats going to happen.

I also liked it that we didnt get the usual irritating credits at the end tonight.

Yeah thats one good thing, and one thing i was worried about is how they would do the ending.

Best episode for a while tonight - loved the aftermath of Claire focusing on the suspects - and the Justin twist was brilliant - though ruined by Katy's ridiculously high-pitched "Justin"


Also loved the stuff with the McQueens on the stairs just before it happened.


A good week all round for Hollyoaks though.



Prediction:

Saw the episode tonight - absolutely fantastic. I haven't enjoyed an episode of Hollyoaks that much in a very long time. The ending was brilliant - unexpected - and I also enjoyed the aftermath of Claire's fall when we saw all the suspects. I can't wait to see what happens next.
