Ultimately yes - but I think he enjoys screwing up peoples lives rather than just ending them.
Really liking this storyline - and over the last few weeks the writers have made a few characters I had little time for quite likeable - first Jacqui, then Kris and now I'm even finding Sonny funny with this Michela storyline.
The thing that adds to the HIV storyline is not just how Kris and Jess are behaving, but how others are behaving in reaction - and how Will is setting himself up as Mr Nice Guy.

Another good episode tonight (E4) with the funeral and return of Mandy.
Also for the third time in a week we've got the black credits - but this time with the regular Hollyoaks theme. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they opt for these type of credits with the new look from Friday.
Also, great ending tonight leading into the credits setting up tomorrow's episode.
Shame though the HIV story has ended so quickly - it would have been good to have a twist in the story.

Tonights C4 episode was very good in my opinion. I know it was a plain black ending for the credits - but i felt it gave it much more of a drama status - if you get where i'm coming from.

Black credits again tonight on E4 as well - and no last playout of the theme tune!
I think the black credits may be here to stay with the new look - and kind of hope they do. I agree with onetrickpony - somehow it makes the show feel a bit more professional!

Re: Mandy - she never bothered turning up when her step-brother nearly died (twice) either!

I agree - I hope they introduce a 'Previously' bit at the start and black credits at the end (with music). I don't want a 'Next time' bit though. It'd also be nice for the episodes to have slightly more of an ending, with fade to black, or whatnot, rather than the sort of freeze-frame on a character's face which has existed for years.
Wouldn't be sad to see the back of the scene after the credits either.
