Anyhow, the new titles will debut with the culmination of a long running storyline. Let's just say the titles won't be the only new arrival on screen that day!

Tell or die!

I wonder if Hollyoaks will introduce a Previously bit before the titles. I'd find that helpful.

I think they should - it wouldn't work for all soaps, but would fit well with Hollyoaks.

However when there is a major event to catch up on they usually incorporate some kind of flashbacks in the opening sequence - whether it's actual clips or something more subtle - like a few weeks ago when they used newspaper headlines.

Amy finally goes into labour while at school.

P.S. Any doubts about Becca's fate, which hadn't been expilicitly revealed in this week's listings, are undoubtably spoiled if you've picked up next week's TV guide!

Agreed. It fits Hollyoaks. I wouldn't like a 'Next time' bit though.

Wow, about Amy. She hasn't really been showing has she! And I'm guessing Becca dies in hospital?

I know - stretching out a pregnancy storyline for nearly nine months - madness! Wink

In reality though it's really the beginning of the storyline - but I know exactly what you mean Jez!

LOL I know but it seems longer than 9 months since Amy got pregnant!

Great episode on E4 tonight. Loved the ending with the black background and different music.

Agree - good episode tonight.

Actually liked Kris for once too - and even finding Elliot funny. I think that nurse could have potential too - it be great to see a stable of characters introduced away from the college.

Fantastic episode tonight. I loved the scenes with Kris, Jess and creepy Will. And of course the scene with Becca, intertwined with Justin and Nancy talking about Becca's return, and that fade to black at the end. Sad

Didn't get a chance to catch the First Look tonight so I guess I'm in for a treat - albeit a tragic one - tomorrow at 6.30.

I'm back! Haven't been on since December. Absolutly loving Hollyoaks at the moment. Got the TV Mag yesterday as i usually do and next week does look good.

Don't subscribe so haven't got the full details, but from c21media.net:

British teen soap Hollyoaks is travelling to Australia, but not to a television network. The Channel 4 show will go out exclusively on 3G mobile platform Vodafone Live! from this week.

Wonder how far behind they'll be?
