I think they have a "Best episode" category as well - and I know I've been here a few times after various episodes and said that one is deserving, but I think above the fire and the Christmas episode I'd say Baby Grace's death around May last year was the best single episode.
Oh of course, that was heartbreaking.
I'd like to see Hollyoaks win an award for best single episode because like you pointed out they've had a few. I'm still a Corrie fan but what episode do you think deserves that award Jez? Nothing really stands out for me apart from the Christmas episode which was really classic Corrie (no big drama, just very good writing and acting) and something that we haven't seen a lot of since.

The 8.30pm episode shown on Friday 12th January which was when Tracy attacked Charlie. That has been my favourite episode of Corrie all year.
The problem with putting Baby Grace's death forward for Best Episode is that it happened so long ago - It seems longer than the last 12 months - and things that arent recent tend to get forgotten when it comes to the nominations.
Another good (E4) episode tonight - really like how it's not all black and white in the way people are reacting to John Paul and how John Paul is reacting back. Also the beginning of the big storyline for the next couple of weeks...
Some major storylines - including one we've all been waiting for...
I liked the scenes with Warren and Justin in tonights E4 episode. I was surprised to see Warren tell Justin to do the right thing - I never knew he cared!
Yes those scenes were great. Both Sarah and Warren surprised me tonight. Two characters who I thought were completely heartless, but Sarah actually encouraged Craig to patch things up with JP, and of course Warren told Justin to do the right thing. About time somebody told that scumbag what for.
Those spoilers look great, especially the ones concerning Kris. Will really is a freak.

I agree - a good episode on Friday E4 (New Look) or for C4 Viewers it will be broadcast on Monday evening. Very well done and sensibilly aswell especially to Sarah and Warren who both also suprised me too in another excellent episode of Hollyoaks!
The What's On TV website is saying that a new title sequence will be launching on Monday 26th February (I assume that would mean it's 23rd February for E4 viewers) - the link's not working but it was posted on DS as well.
Took them long enough. I thought we'd be getting them back in September.
