Hollyoaks: In the City will conclude with a two-hour double bill on Monday 18th December. From listings it appears Claire King's role continues till the end of the series!
So no In the City next year - but I expect instead we'll see the return of some late-night spin offs directly linked to the main show sometime next year.
It's a few months old, but a nice little Hollyoaks promo from the channel4sales.com site - just a shame things like this aren't used more often on the channel itself.
Although I'm getting sick of a new murderer cropping up every week in Home and Away, I'm rather liking the storylines with Claire and Will in Hollyoaks at the moment. Claire is certainly the best bitch in the show for quite a while!
A couple of pieces of news from the website - the opening titles are in the process of being updated and also a Hollyoaks fanzine show is now available on 4 Radio.
No idea - when they introduced these graphics they stated that after two years with out of date titles these could be updated quite easily - but obviously not easily enough for them to bother!
Since they were introduced though a new production team has come on board - so perhaps they will be replaced. I'm not overly keen on these (they might be better in a darker shade though).
It's also time the theme tune was updated IMO - this version feels quite dated now - though it is about four years since they introduced it!

You are quite right. The ratings are showing that it is gaining support though. Nearly every episode for a while has got 2million or more.

No way. Mad Maya was by far the best villan. Id say Andy is the best villan Hollyoaks has ever had though, and he made the final 4.

I'm quite liking this story (in a sick kind of way!) but I guess it inevitably means that at least one of the students will be leaving sooner rather than later.
