See, i wish i had watched Hollyoaks years ago. I had seen it off an on, catching the omnibus now and again, but only started watching regulary since May.

I do have a question for you experts....Rob Hawrthorne - was he as bad as ive heard him to be? one of the most evil men in soap?

Definately the most evil in Hollyoaks. From what I remember he got Lucy hooked on drugs and was somehow involved in her brother Ollie's death (although that might be wrong as it was all so long ago now!) Anyway Kurt (Lucy and ollie's brother) really hated him.

Ive been watching Hollyoaks since 1997 so only about 2 years into the show.

Ah i see, thanks for that. E4 should show Hollyoaks from the beginning, a couple of episodes a week would be good.

I think Trouble showed old episodes at some point, but last year around the 10th birthday when people got nostalgic the producers said they didn't want to screen old episodes as they wanted to concentrate on the show now and not dwell on the past.

Anyhow, looking forward to this week's episodes - and now they've settled in, what do you think of the McQueen's? I just hope Jacqui goes back to prison sooner rather than later!

Yeah, im liking the McQueens. They all have there own personalities, the northern version of the Slaters, but different. Whats the saying - same but different.

Ive heard that Jackie is banged up for xmas, as Carmel starts to go out with Darren, who then sleeps with one of her sisters...apparently Michaela - TAKE THIS WITH A PINCH OF SALT

Wash your mouth out!

Sad news today about Ross Davidson who has died from cancer. The papers focus on his time in EastEnders, but to me and many other he was Andy Morgan - Gary Lucy's dad.

Wash my mouth out! lol why.

Yes your right, sad news, do you think he'll be best remembered for his role in EE or Hollyoaks?

I loved tonights C4 episode, i dont normally comment on each episode, but i thoroughly enjoyed it. There is something eary about Will - i think we can tell that hes going to become obsessed with Zo. i think.

It's a generational thing - I'm not old enough to remember his EastEnders days.

SPOILER

Josh and Fletch reappear in a few weeks and are in a car crash with Ste, Michaela and Amy when Amy persuades Ste to steal a car and go joyriding. Michaela almost tells Amy's parents she is pregnant, but then Amy wakes up.

No idea. I read this in a soap magazine covering the next fortnight and it was the first I heard of it. Nice of them to give Hollyoaks a big feature this issue.

All About Soap is good value for money and you get 2 weeks worth of spoilers every issue. I subscribe and it only works out as about £2 a month (I pay every six months)

Used to get Inside Soap every issue but stopped getting it a few years ago because of the Eastenders bias.
