That really wouldn't be a problem.

They appear to be showing the correct episode on E4+1.

I even noticed the date on the clock after the commercial break and it still didn't click that it wasn't today's Confused

Shows how much notice I take. I did think the storyline was abit disjointed from the episode yesterday though! Here is the error, and subsequent apology, for those that missed it:

Are you sure? That would be quite unusual considering generally whatever happens it's played out unchanged on E4+1. I didn't bother checking as I assumed it would be just what you saw the hour before.

Yep, definitely, the mistake wasn't there (well, we saw a brief split second of the end of part one and how it abruptly ended, and the same after the break). It was obviously just played over the top of the e4 recording, there was also no DOG during the programme, though you did see the e4+1 DOG briefly in the split second of black between the end of part one and the sponcership bumper.

Considering they managed to do that then you'd have thought they'd have advised viewers at the end of the E4 transmission it would play out on E4+1. They didn't even mention we'd be able to catch it on C4 tomorrow.

Yes, that does seem rather odd. Even if they weren't aware of the fact that the problem would be fixed within 30 minutes for the E4+1 transmission, they should've known that they would be broadcasting the correct episode on C4 tomorrow and reminded us "First Lookers".

What was more funny was they still had the announcement after telling us it was the wrong episode.

Good old E4, they told us they'd be showing the correct episode tonight, and it indeed has been.

Some more exits on the way:

Digital Spy

A McQueen massacre really - we already know John Paul is leaving, as is Father Kieron when he discovers Niall is in fact Myra's son.

Now we learn that one of the McQueen sisters is set to be killed off - though so far it's pretty quiet as to which one. It would be great if they keep that a secret until it airs, but I doubt it.

I guess also considering Niall kidnaps them and blows up the church he won't be around much longer either - unless he somehow gets away with it only to succumb to a soap villain death at a later date.

So that'll probably be the central storyline over the next couple of months - any more spoilers about?

well i hope it's jackie. she's so annoying with her stupid mouth and moaning all the time. i will be appauled if they killed off either carmel or michella, although with soap weddings i have a horrid feeling they'd try and do off carmel.

I agree.

The only one I've heard murmurings of leaving is Mercedes, but nothing confirmed. I don't think killing her off would do much storyline wise either.

Killing Jacqui or Tina though opens up the baby storyline either way.
