Hollyoaks are having new titles soon!! they are on the website under specials!!!

Bit of a stretch to call them new - just a few tweaked shots which with a purple rather than black background, and they don't look as good IMO. Probably debut on E4 tomorrow then.

They could do with updating Fletch in the titles...

She's not been quite as bad lately, but I certainly won't be launching the "Save Katy" campaign!

I didnt think Katy is that bad to be honest. I remember when Sasha first appeared, the actress who plays her - terrible. Shes ok now, but still crap imo.

Ste - my gosh he is ugly. Im sure he looks better in 'real life' , but the boy is pure ugly.

I've been thinking, with this Leah 'cancer' storyline, it would have been a good time to bring in Leah's real father. Billy i think his name is.

Really not liking the changes they've made to the titles - they're ruined by some unnecessary effects which just make the whole thing look dodgy, rather than the clean cuts from scene to scene we had previously.


Notice though they haven't changed the end credits - OB is still in them, and trust E4 to cock up on the day they probably wanted them hidden.

On a slightly off point, is it me or does E4 cock something up every day?

The number of times something weird has appeared on screen during the programme or the fade out and split screen over the credits but no voice.

It seems like the channel is controlled by a bunch of amateurs.

They seem too - with just Hollyoaks there seems to be at least one problem each week.

Have to say - I agree. I don't think the effects work as well as the clean cuts. It seems to slow the " punchy " movement down in the opening credits...

That has to be one of the best episodes of Hollyoaks so far this year for me. I know it seemed a typical ep, but it was just so wow, nearly had me in tears at the christening.
